The Innovation Effect earned their spot in the category «Future of work» at Oslo Innovation Week this year. They wanted an interactive event filled with students, potential clients and partners. Their goal for 2019 was to make themselves more visible in the field, recruit and connect with students and market TIE as an innovation profile. To make this dream come true they had to make an unforgettable event and give the attendees a remarkable experience.
At MESH, Oslo we created an interactive session where communication and recruiting could evolve in sweet harmony. We arranged an exciting panel talk with participants from the student body, employers and academia on studies versus work, important skills for tomorrow’s workplace and how to bridge the gap between education and employment. The panellists included key representatives from Equinor, Dentsu Aegis, DNB, OsloMet and UiO. The sessions got spiced up by dancers, interactive ping pong and open discussions. Do you think you can work in tomorrow’s workplace?
So how did we and they do? The guest list was increased from last year, MESH was filled with students, companies and innovative solutions. The presentations and panel debates were filmed and posted on social medias.
