Create a culinary experience and optimized food area for both guests and suppliers at the “Norwegian Wood” festival.
“Woodville,” a conceptual food market was created in collaboration with some of Norway’s top chefs such as Dag Tjersland, Sebastian Floor and others. We made a street of pop-up restaurants which represented a variety of different Norwegian dishes that guests could choose from. Woodville offered everything from vegetarian food to wild elk and premium meats.
This street-style layout made for better flow during the festival, preventing lines and allowing guests to move around and experience the festival in a better way.
In the VIP area, chef Sebastian Myhre served food to over 1,000 guests. Festival sponsors, VIP and guests from a lot of different companies enjoyed the festival and music from our DJ and the live stages.
