CHALLENGE:
How to promote norwegian seafood to a «hard to reach», young target group.

CREATE:
Pop up seafood restaurant concept at festivals with a signature seafood menu from norwegian Bocuse d`Or winner Geir Skeie and Balthazar chef Dag Tjersland.

CONNECT:
Reach of 100.000 young consumers at festivals. Rewarded as best restaurant at Øya festival 2013. Got international press coverage.
